De-stress, soothe and energise with this gentle session that will leave you refreshed, A safe space with highly experienced practitioners.

We invite you to refresh, relax and unwind from the "internal clutter" we all carry, and take some tranquil space for you.

Sam has been working with instruments, gongs, fllute and voice since the early 2000's. Rose is an experienced therapist and coach with over 20 years experience. (following a long career teaching and directing theatre) We come together in this monthly class to offer you space to re-energise, de-stress and relax.

We begin with breathing our way into a gentle and safe guided relaxation exercise, designed to help restore us to our more creative and energised state without the "internal clutter" so many of us carry. From there you are invited to flow journalling, which is where you approach your thoughts from a relaxed yet energised space, capturing your best ideas whilst safely away from the noise and clutter of the outside world....we then cosy up once more under our blankets and immerse ourselves in the beautiful sounds of Sam's instruments and voice. A little space for tranquility, rest and refreshment, away from the noise of a busy world. Enjoy a bit of "you" time!

PLEASE BRING: Mat, Blanket and Pillow. Notebook and pen. Water botte (optional)
