What we will explore...
The Storm & The Boat
How can I separate what happened to me from who I am?
Separate what has happened from who you are, and reconnect with your strengths, values and resources.
Energy & Boundaries
How can I use my energy wisely and protect what matters most?
Consider capacity, self-care, priorities and the boundaries that protect what matters most.
Fear of Recurrence & Uncertainty
How do I live well when the future feels uncertain?
Make room for fears and unanswered questions while exploring what remains within your influence and choice.
Your Storm Protocol
What will help me stay steady when difficult days return?
Create a personal toolkit of practices, resources and reminders for difficult days.
At a glance...

• 60 minutes each
• Held every two weeks

No pressure to be positive...
Come as you are. You do not need to be brave or have all the answers.
