Our puppy yoga sessions are designed to give you a chance to slow down, switch off and enjoy some quality time with our adorable puppies in a calm, welcoming environment.

🌸 What to Expect

Your session lasts approximately 1 hour and includes:

🧘‍♀️ Gentle YogaA relaxing, beginner-friendly yoga session designed for all abilities. You don’t need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience — simply come along and enjoy yourself.

🐶 Puppy Cuddles & Free RoamingOur puppies are free to move around the room, allowing you to interact with them naturally. Expect plenty of cuddles, playful moments and lots of wagging tails!

📸 Playtime & PhotosThere will be plenty of opportunities to capture those unforgettable puppy moments and spend time playing and bonding with the pups.

💗 A Calm & Positive ExperienceWe keep our groups small to create a relaxed environment for both our guests and the puppies. Our sessions are puppy-led, with the puppies given regular opportunities to rest away from the activity when they need to.

The welfare of our puppies is at the heart of everything we do. Our sessions are carefully managed so that puppies can interact, play and rest at their own pace. We never force interaction, and rest breaks are an important part of every session.
