About This Event

Reading Scribblers gathers on 8 October 2026 at the Reading Biscuit Factory in Reading. This monthly, free, in-person meeting is for writers to write and socialise in a supportive, informal environment.

Monthly free in-person get together to write and natter.

A free, informal and supportive in-person group for Reading writers. All writers welcome: poets, novelists, screenwriters, master scribes, plotters, pantsers, newbies, rebel-rousers and window gazers.

Meet up at 6.30pm on Thursday 10th July 2025.

One hour's writing time followed by a drink and a chat.

Writing is mostly done alone but it doesn't need to be lonely. Let's cheer each other on and celebrate the writing talent in Reading.
