Christ-centered Reformer Pilates + faith fellowship with worship, testimonies & community.

Join us for a refreshing 1.5 hour Reformer Pilates Fellowship Session designed to strengthen both body and spirit. This unique gathering begins with a 55-minute Reformer Pilates class where we place Jesus at the centre of our breath and movement. Through intentional breathing, mindful movement, and worship and praise music, we create space to honour God while caring for the bodies He has given us.The Pilates portion is beginner to intermediate level, making it accessible whether you are new to Reformer Pilates or have some experience.Following the workout, we transition into fellowship, where we grow together in faith and community. This time may include testimonies, question and answer discussions, short sermons, and meaningful conversations that encourage and uplift one another in our walk with Christ.This session is a beautiful opportunity to connect faith, fitness, and fellowship, nurturing both physical wellness and spiritual growth in a welcoming and supportive environment.
