Enhance your mood, slow down, reset and return to balance before the day unfolds so you can live your day to your fullest.

Bring a sense of peace and grounding amidst the chaos with a 90 minute Gong Bath, every last Saturday of the Month.

A morning session acts as a sonic reset button to prepare your mind and body for the day ahead, leveraging the body's natural waking state to reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and boost energy.

A Gong Bath is an immersive, therapeutic, harmonic, listening experience where instruments are played over and around you.

Guided by sound, using gongs, chimes and singing bowls, you'll experience energetic release, profound healing & deep relaxation by stimulating brainwave states alpha, theta & delta.

Receiving these tones are heart-opening and enlightening, providing us with internal balance, serenity & inner peace.

The best way to experience a gong bath is to lay down and immerse yourself in the sound vibrations, letting them wash over you, relaxing and releasing tension. Allowing the mind to drop into a more silent space, creating room for greater awareness, clarity, creativity and calm.

No previous experience required. Everybody's welcome.
