In the busyness of everyday life, it can be difficult to find time to pause, breathe and simply be. This special evening offers a peaceful space to unwind, restore your energy and nurture your mind and body.

✨ What to expect

🧘 7:00–7:30 pm – Restorative Yoga. Begin with gentle, supported restorative yoga postures designed to encourage relaxation, ease physical tension and help you settle into a calmer state. Suitable for those looking to slow down and enjoy a more nurturing approach to movement.

🔔 7:30–8:30 pm – Sound Bath & Sound Healing. Lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of therapeutic instruments. Allow the gentle tones to wash over you, helping you quieten a busy mind, release the stresses of the day and experience a deeper sense of rest and wellbeing.

🍵 Herbal Tea to CloseWe’ll finish the evening with a comforting herbal tea, giving you a little time to relax, reflect and gently return to the outside world.
