This is your invitation to be nurtured by Nature.
To shift from doing to being, without needing a reason.
To reconnect with yourself through gentle movement and the grounding peace of the natural world.
To feel your feet on the earth, your breath in rhythm and your mind beginning to settle.
Whether you're feeling the weight of the week, craving space to clear your head, or simply curious about slowing down, this workshop offers a moment of stillness you don't have to earn.
What to expect
Each month we gently weave together a combination of:
🌿 Qigong-inspired mindful movement
A blend of accessible movement practices inspired by Qigong, breathwork and embodied awareness.
Think of it as meditation in motion, deeply grounding, restorative and nourishing for your nervous system.
You don't need experience, flexibility or a special outfit. Just a body and a willingness to move gently.
🌿 Forest Bathing
Also known as Shinrin Yoku, this is the art of slowing down and connecting with Nature through your senses.
There's no hiking and no agenda. Just presence.
We'll guide you to notice, pause and immerse yourself in the living landscape, finding calm and clarity in the quiet beauty of the woods.
🌿 Gentle reflection
Throughout the session, you'll be invited to slow down, notice what's present and explore simple reflections inspired by Nature and the changing seasons.
Together these practices help us move:
From stress to stillness.
From disconnection to presence.
From "what's next?" to "I'm here."
A typical afternoon may include:
We’ll gather in a peaceful private woodland just outside the main grounds of Hever Castle. From there:
2:00pm
A short, mindful walk to the woodland base
2:15pm
Opening circle & gentle Qigong session (~40 mins)
→ Standing movement to invite flow and breath into the body
2:50pm
Guided Forest Bathing walk (~90 mins)
→ With invitations to tune in, slow down, and reconnect with the more-than-human world
4:30pm
Closing circle with herbal teas, light snacks, and time for reflection

Why Nature?
Nature doesn’t need you to show up in a certain way.
It doesn’t demand explanations or productivity.
It just offers space — and presence.
In every Forest Bathing workshop I’ve held, I’ve seen how the simplest moments — birdsong, dappled light, cool air on your face — can reconnect us to something ancient and essential.
This isn’t performance.
It’s presence.
And it’s always waiting for you.
