Cacao, Breathwork & Vocal Toning By Candlelight - A Heart Expanding Breathwork Ritual for women

This is an invitation to come home — to your body, your breath, and your own aliveness.

Breath of Bliss is a heart-opening Breathwork ritual created especially for women, held in candlelight and supported by ceremonial cacao. Through conscious connected Breathwork and vocal toning, we'll gently open the heart space, release what's been held or suppressed, and reconnect to a felt sense of radiance, sensuality, and pleasure that lives within all of us.

This isn't about performing or doing more — it's about softening, feeling, and remembering. Remembering what it feels like to be fully present in your body. Remembering your own aliveness. Remembering that you are allowed to take up space, and access pleasure through your breath.

What to expect:

• An opening cacao ceremony to open a ritual space, ground into the body and open the heart

• A guided conscious connected Breathwork journey

• Vocal toning to release and express

• A safe, women only candlelit, ritual space

Come as you are.

No experience with Breathwork is required — just an open heart and a willingness to breathe, connect, and feel.
