Join Frankie Outdoors & Castleton Coffee for a Peak District walk - Part of the annual Huddersfield Sip Fest ☕️

Frankie Outdoors is teaming up with Castleton Coffee for a Sunday morning walk through some of her favourite Peak District landscapes as part of Sheffield Sip Fringe Festival.

The group will meet at Castleton Coffee for a coffee before heading out together on a circular route taking in Hollins Cross, Back Tor and Lose Hill, before returning to Castleton.

A £10 ticket includes a free coffee, reusable Castleton Coffee cup and a free Castleton Coffee tote bag for everyone, with 50% of ticket proceeds donated to the Peak District National Park Foundation to support the restoration and ongoing care of the moors and peatland following this year’s fires.

Meet: 8:30am at Castleton Coffee

Set off: 9:00am

Tickets: £10 per person

Dogs: Welcome - please let the team know when booking if you're bringing one

Distance: 6 miles

Elevation: 453 meters

Route: Castleton, Hollins Cross, Back Tor, Loose Hill Circular (subject to change, weather & ground conditions permitting)

Food: Peveril Stores baguettes can be pre-ordered to collect before setting off

What to wear

Please come prepared for wet and chilly Peak District weather. Proper walking shoes or boots with good grip are essential, and waterproof layers and warm clothing are recommended. The route can be muddy and uneven, and the weather can change quickly.

This is a community walk, not a professionally guided or led hike. Everyone attending is responsible for their own safety, wellbeing and ability to complete the route.

All attendees must complete and sign a waiver and medical form before taking part. By signing, you confirm that you understand the nature of the walk and accept responsibility for yourself throughout the event.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the route and come properly prepared for the conditions, including suitable walking shoes or boots, waterproof layers and warm clothing.

Dogs are welcome, but owners are responsible for their dogs at all times.

Come along for a walk, a coffee and some good views and help give a little back to the landscape along the way!
