Wildflower Mindful Walk - Sunday 11th October, 11am. A 9km mindful walk with stops to journal, around Broomhead and More Hall Reservoir.

🚗 Accessible via car. Roadside parking should be available.

⛰️ This is a 9km mindful walk and (optional) journal, starting and ending at The Castle Inn pub in Bolsterstone. As Scarlett is entering her last month of pregnancy we have decided to take a more gentle walk, and to add in breaks for journalling. This is of course an optional activity, we will be providing journal prompts and pens to everyone if they would like to get involved. Nothing serious - just a bit of light reflection as we enter a new season! The walk is estimated to take around 2.5 - 3 hours, not including breaks. Effort level easy - moderate, elevation gain 300m.

🥾 Kit list:

- Hiking boots/trainers

- 1-2 litres of water

- Lunch and/or snacks

- Weather appropriate outdoor clothes (rain coat if forecast, light layers)

- Something to sit on when we break (a towel or foldable mat)

🍻 After the walk we will head to The Castle Inn for a cosy drink. Please feel free to join us for this afterwards. We may even stop for a Sunday lunch!
