A brand new peer-led meet-up for screenwriters in Sheffield, led by experienced writer Noreem Nasim.

Are you working on a screenplay or have aspirations to do so? Join this new group to meet fellow screenwriters, talk about your projects and share ideas, challenges and opportunities. No teaching, just peer-support and championing your work! We'll also do some creative exercises to get our ideas flowing.

Meet-ups will run once a month at The Writers Workshop in Orchard Square, plus we're partnering with South Yorkshire Filmmakers Network to create networking opportunities too!

Noreen Nasim is an international best-selling author, TEDx speaker, coach and lecturer with over 15 years of teaching experience. Her debut novel, Expelled from Uganda, explores her father’s experiences during the 1972 Ugandan Asian expulsion.

Now combining her background in education with her passion for writing and personal growth, she delivers creative writing and mindset workshops that empower participants to find their voice and tell their stories with confidence.
