About This Event

Lucy Caddel will lead en plein air art workshops focusing on panoramic landscape watercolour sketching and painting. The session is held at Attingham Park in Shrewsbury on 14 August 2026 at 13:30. Tickets are free.

What a way to start the weekend! Join Lucy in the fresh air for a Friday afternoon of panoramic landscape watercolour sketching and painting ‘en plein air’. The sessions will take place in a variety of locations, including the front of the Mansion and the Walled Garden.

During the workshop, Lucy will show you how to quickly capture the essence of a view in glorious lush vibrant layers of prismatic colour. All materials, easels and entry to the park is included in the price.

Each workshop will take place between 13:30pm and 16:30pm. Please bring your own refreshments, a folding chair and appropriate outdoor clothing and shoes.
