A mixed media workshop focusing on seascapes will be held at Shrewsbury Library on 3 October 2026. The session starts at 10:30 and costs £38.62. Participants will engage in hands-on shoreline artwork.
Step into the beauty and wonder of the shoreline with this hands-on, playful mixed media workshop.
Guided by Shropshire-based artist and teacher Delny Fitrzyk, you’ll explore the beauty, textures, shapes and colours of the beach. You'll experiment with a wide range of mixed media techniques - ink and resist, mark making in paint, collage, stencils and more. You will learn how to combine materials in imaginative and experimental ways, creating your own seascape to take home with you.
This workshop is all about curiosity and creativity—there are no rules, just the joy of discovery. No prior experience is needed, only a willingness to play and explore.
