Awaken your senses fully! In a world where we often forget to connect with our bodies and minds true senses - touch, taste, sight, hearing, smell ,Proprioception, Vestibular Sense, Interoception!

This workshop is broken down into sections! For the first section we will be focusing on on holistic practices where I will guide you through each sense - I reccomend wearing comfortable clothes as we will be sitting and laying down for a while so it's good to keep cosy! Feel free to bring a blanket with you!

There is a food section so please let me know if you have any allergies or food requirements so I can accomodate you 💜

Then we will embrace our bodies through movement in a burlesque styled dance class! feel free to bring a change of clothes for this! Dress up or down as much as you like!

There will be time to change! There is also dedicated time for you to record your choreo towards the end of the class if you so wish to do so!

Your privacy is important and will be protected - it's completely optional if you wish to record yourself or not!

We will be delving into some top reveal tricks and tips so please bring a loose top for over your smaller top/bralette!
