Join Tammie Sound Sanctuary for something a little different - a beautiful morning dedicated to slowing down, warming up and giving yourself some much needed time out. Set in the peaceful surroundings of The Lodge, this imtimate wellness experience brings together the comforting warmth of the sauna, a delicious cacao drink and the deeply relaxing sounds of a guided sound bath. 🔥 Sauna - Enjoy time to warm up, unwind and step away from the busyness of everyday life. 🍫 Cacao * - Savour a comforting cup of cacao as we begin our experience with a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself. 🧘‍♀️ Sound Bath - Lie back, get cosy and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the sun gong, Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes. 🌿 Reflection and Relaxation - Enjoy moments of calm, time to slow down and reflect and simply be. ☕️ Drinks and Snacks - Refreshments and light snacks are included. Whether you're feeling busy, overwhelmed or simply fancy doing something lovely for yourself, this is your invitation to press pause and enjoy two hours just for you. No experience is needed - just come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, brink along a mat, blanket and pillow to lay on and allow yourself to unwind.
