We are hosting a quiet morning in Southampton focused on the intersection of intentional movement and mindful drinking. This gathering is designed for anyone interested in exploring qi gong in a low-pressure environment, paired with the simple ritual of sharing tea. We will spend some time working through gentle, flowing movements to help ground the body before settling in to enjoy a few different teas together. It is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and connect with a small group of like-minded people. This event is open to everyone, whether you have a regular practice or are just curious about the combination of tea and energy work.
