The sounds of the gongs and other instruments will guide you through the various elements, before arriving in the Void — a place of silence, spaciousness and profound stillness.

Because sometimes the deepest experience isn’t found in sound … but in the silence that follows.

With nothing to do or fix you can just lie back, receive, and allow yourself to return to calm, grounded, you.
