On arrival, you'll receive your very own pair of fluffy socks to wear during the session—and to take home with you. We'll begin with a few slow, calming breaths before you settle into your hammock. You'll then be wrapped in a cosy blanket, enjoy a comforting heated eye mask, and gently sway as the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls help you completely unwind.

To end your experience, you'll be treated to a delicious sweet treat to enjoy on your way home, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for the rest of your day.
