Bring a chair or a blanket, a drink/cuppas

We'll have an optional dip too, and warm up round the fire after, along with a few marshmallows and a good chat with a likeminded lush lot 🥰

We'll have a short guided meditation to welcome us to ground in and allow ourselves to escape for a bit. journaling prompts (which will be provided for you, no need to bring anything for this), off for a dip. And then go an sort your own food at the venues nearby if you're having some, or you can bring stuff with you if you fancy 🙂 or even nothing at all.

This is a free social event, everything is optional and your open heart and mind is welcome 🤗

You can come alone or with friends/family. It's all about a chilled night on the sand
