Our nervous system is constantly responding to life and our fascia is a body-wide connective tissue network involved in movement and sensation.

Yet most of us were never taught how to work with either.

Following the incredible response to our first Swindon event, Jessica and Carolyn return with CAPACITY - a monthly three-hour practice for your body, nervous system and building greater capacity for life.

THREE HOURS. ONCE A MONTH. FOR YOURSELF.

Grief, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, pain and change can place a load on our system. But sometimes there’s no obvious reason at all. You may simply feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, flat or unable to fully experience joy and connection.

CAPACITY isn’t just about meeting what’s difficult. It’s about creating greater capacity for the whole of life.

Working within the capacity you have now, we explore movement, sensation, activation and settling through practices including titration and pendulation, creating space for what you’re carrying to be felt and integrated.

Your experience may involve movement, emotion, sensation or release or simply an opportunity to slow down and rest.

The aim isn’t to chase a release. It’s to build greater flexibility between activation and restoration and greater capacity to meet life as it happens.

Guided by Jessica George, Nervous System Integration Practitioner and Carolyn Wade, Certified Human Garage Coach.

No previous experience is required and there is no response you need to achieve.

WHAT TO BRING

Water and comfortable clothing you can move freely in. We recommend avoiding a heavy meal immediately beforehand.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This experience may not be suitable if you have a serious heart condition, have recently undergone surgery, have an injury that may be aggravated by movement, are currently experiencing severe mental health challenges or have medical concerns that may affect participation.
