Ann’s Pasties is bringing a taste of Cornish tradition to Truro Food Festival — and you’re invited to learn how to make one of Cornwall’s most iconic foods.

On Thursday 24 September, join the team from Ann’s Pasties for a hands-on workshop in our Chef’s Tipi on Lemon Quay.

You’ll be guided through the process of putting together a proper Cornish pasty — from filling and folding to mastering that all-important Cornish crimp — all in a fun and relaxed setting.

At the end of the session, you’ll take home your very own handmade pasty, ready to bake fresh in your own oven.

Group Size: Maximum 12 attendees

Tickets: £15 per person

Even better, proceeds from the workshop will be donated to The Pasty Box CIC, supporting its work in the community.
