Starting in the leafy surroundings of Victoria Gardens and finishing at Lemon Quay, you’ll uncover edible plants hiding in plain sight along Truro’s streets, parks and riversides.

Emma will share her extensive knowledge of edible flora, with practical tips, stories and sustainable foraging techniques along the way. You’ll discover what’s in season, what’s safe to pick and how you can use your finds in everyday cooking.

With years of experience running foraging walks across Cornwall and as the coastal forager for River Cottage, Emma brings passion, humour and a huge amount of knowledge to every walk – inspiring you to slow down, observe and connect with the edible landscape around you.
