COURSE OBJECTIVES BY THE END OF THIS COURSE, PARTICIPANTS WILL:

Be able to identify and prioritise the core responsibilities of a computing subject leader.
Gain insights into effective subject leadership, including strategic direction, teaching and learning, staff management, and resource deployment.
Become familiar with school improvement tools that review current practices.

Develop strategies for curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment, aligned with the National Curriculum.
Learn how to effectively support staff in teaching computing through CPD, lesson observations, and other strategies.
