Join us at Moss & Moon Wellbeing in Ossett for a soothing in-person sound bath experience. Let the calming vibrations wash over you and melt away stress. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and boost wellbeing in a chilled out setting. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and peaceful!

A sound bath session includes a guided meditation, sound bath, sharing circle (optional) and chance to pull oracle cards. You are welcome to bring along any crystals you are working with too💜

What to bring/ wear:

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

Water

Comfortable, warm clothes

Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional) The comfier & cosier the better!

Journal (optional)

Parking: Free 2 hours parking at Illingworth Street Car park (council owned), which is very close to the venue, you may still be required to display a ticket so please check signage on arrival.
