Led by Experts you can trust: Your hosts are experienced Children Yoga Teacher alongside an experienced Reflexologist and Reiki Master, ensuring a safe, professional, and deeply restorative space for your family.

Partner Yoga: Stretch, balance, and laugh together while building deep trust and screen-free connection.

Guided Reflexology: Learn simple techniques to massage each other's feet, releasing physical tension.

Kid-Friendly Guided Reiki
