It offers excellent stability, a low step-through frame for easier access, and a comfortable upright seating position, making it suitable for people who may have lower-limb mobility impairments.
This bike may be suitable for people who:
Adults Over 18
Can transfer onto the bike independently or with minimal assistance
Have balance, coordination, or mild mobility difficulties
Are unable to pedal
Have good upper-body and hand control
Need a stable, supportive cycling option with no pedalling required
The Axess E3 may not be suitable for individuals who:
Have a moderate to severe intellectual disability, where understanding instructions, hazards, or cause-and-effect may be limited
Are unable to safely operate hand controls, including twisting and releasing the throttle.
May have delayed reaction times, as the bike can reach higher speeds than other adapted bikes
Mild intellectual disability may be suitable, subject to individual assessment.
