Sound healing session inspired by the ease of summer. Resonant bowls, chimes, and possibly some vocal tones invite you into deep relaxation

Come lie down in the golden hush of summer light. Let the warmed (ish humid 😬) air and the call of the seagulls outside soften into silence.

These summer sessions are an invitation home — to that place inside you that has always been safe, always been held.

There is nothing to figure out here. Nothing to protect. Just permission to soften, to trust the ground beneath you, and to let each wave of sound remind your body what safety feels like.

Come as you are. Let summer’s warmth meet the warmth already inside you.

We start at 7pm and aim to finish for 8.15pm.

We will gather on 10th and 21st July, then on 7th and 18th August at Narture Studios, 34 Newmarket street. Use the top buzzer.
