Discover Lasting Happiness From Within
We all want to be happy, yet even when life is going well, feelings of frustration, anxiety, disappointment and conflict can still arise. Why is this? Is it possible to find happiness that doesn’t depend on our circumstances?
In this eight-week meditation course, we’ll explore Buddha’s timeless wisdom on understanding the mind and transforming our experience of life. Rather than simply managing problems, we’ll learn how to recognise their real causes and discover practical methods for developing lasting inner peace, whatever challenges we face.
Based on How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the course follows a natural journey, from discovering the source of happiness, to understanding the causes of unhappiness, finding freedom from anger, transforming life’s challenges, and ultimately learning to live with greater peace and compassion.
Each class includes guided meditation and practical teachings that can be applied immediately to everyday life. While every session stands alone, together they form a complete course in developing a happier, more peaceful way of living.
Throughout The Course We Will Explore
Developing compassion and happier relationships
The real source of lasting happiness
Why we experience unhappiness and dissatisfaction
Practical methods for finding greater inner freedom
How patience protects our peace of mind
How to overcome anger and frustration
Ways to transform life’s difficulties into opportunities for growth
How to respond peacefully to conflict and criticism

This course has been designed as a progressive eight-week journey and we warmly encourage you to attend the full course to experience the complete series of teachings. However, each class also stands alone, so you are very welcome to attend individual sessions.
