A pause near the end of the week. After five days of listening to other people's stories, this evening is about your own body and your own nervous system.

Led by Swapnali De, the session offers practicalways to steady yourself: gentle movement, breath, and simple tools you can take home and use on an ordinary Tuesday when nobody is watching.

Holding space for hard stories takes something out of you. Everyone who has been in these rooms this week — storytellers, listeners, facilitators, volunteers — is welcome to come and put something back.

No experience or fitness levelrequired. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Chairs are available for anyone who would rather not be on the floor.
