Your membership includes priority booking, access to monthly special events (usually £25) for just £5 per event, and entry into our community WhatsApp group where connections, shared moments and lasting friendships naturally unfold—this isn’t just yoga, it’s your weekly ritual, your people, and your summer by the sea. What to Expect This 45-minute Yoga Flow is a dynamic vinyasa-based practice set to upbeat music—energising, exciting, and suitable for all levels. Using super comfy silent disco headphones, you’ll enjoy a perfectly curated playlist and crystal-clear guidance from your teacher, free from outside distractions. You'll leave feeling invigorated, uplifted, and lighter than ever.
