Heart centred easy to learn mantras

Kirtan is a devotional practice of chanting. Mantras are easy to learn and repetitive, they are usually in ancient Sanskrit. Sasha will give a brief introduction to each mantra.

Singing in a group can create a joyful, meditative, heart‑opening practice.

We close with a guided meditation.

This kirtan is by donation, proceeds are donated to Togather Co Charity and cover costs.

Sasha trained to lead kirtan with Gratia Churchill and loves the heart centred practice of chanting mantras. Sasha is also a MIndfulness teacher and trained at the Sussex Mindfulness Centre.
