A workshop titled Practical Feminine Skills & Sound Bath will take place in Brighton on 23 October 2026. The session aims to help women reconnect with natural cycles through practical techniques and a sound bath. Tickets range from £19.67 to £38.62.
Reconnect with your natural rhythm through practical techniques and integrante the experience with a deeply relaxing sound bath.
Women are like the Moon — cyclical, ever-changing, and deeply powerful. Yet today's world often pushes us to forget this natural rhythm. In this journey, we'll reconnect with those cycles while learning practical femininse skills for everyday life. Each session is complemented with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing space to integrate and soften into the experience.
Most women are taught how to manage time — but very few are taught how to understand their own rhythm. We often push through exhaustion, ignore emotional overwhelm, disconnect from our bodies, and then wonder why life starts to feel heavy or out of balance.
Practical Feminine Skills is a gentle 6-part workshop series created to help women reconnect with themselves and learn how to work with their natural rhythm instead of constantly against it.
Together we explore topics such as daily rhythms, hormonal cycles, biorhythms, rituals for renewal, life transitions, and the natural cycles of healing and transformation.
What makes these workshops unique is that they are not only about learning or listening. Many spaces talk about self-care, healing, boundaries, slowing down, or reconnecting with yourself — but very few help women gently bring these ideas into real everyday life.
This series is designed to bridge that gap through practical reflections, simple exercises, grounding techniques, and shared experiences that women can actually take home and use in their own lives.
The workshops take place in a safe and intimate small group setting, with each session followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath to help integrate the experience and allow space to fully soften and unwind.
No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Over 6 months, we’ll explore the natural cycles that shape our lives:
1) Daily Cycles – Learn how to align with your body’s daily energy flow so you stop fighting yourself and start thriving.
2) Menstrual & Hormonal Cycles – Understand your hormones and plan your energy, productivity, and self-care around your natural rhythm.
3) Biorhythms – Tap into your body’s natural timing to make decisions and take action when the moment is right.
4) Rituals for Renewal: Create your own nourishing rituals to pause, reflect, and welcome the new year.
5) Life Cycles – Make sense of the big turning points of life and embrace each season with clarity and strength.
6) Healing & Transformation Cycles – Recognize the cycle of healing so you stop getting stuck and finally move forward with ease.
Bonus session: Family Constellation – Uncover hidden family dynamics and free yourself from cycles that don’t belong to you.
Each month you’ll also learn 2 practical techniques to apply straight away — real tools to help you manage your energy, align with your cycles, and bring positive change into daily life.
Possible Benefits of the Journey
Less stress & overwhelm – when you align with your natural rhythms, life feels smoother.
Better relationships – understanding your cycles makes it easier to communicate your needs and boundaries.
More energy & vitality – using the right practices at the right time prevents burnout.
Improved focus & productivity – planning around your rhythms helps you get more done with less push.
Greater self-acceptance – seeing your cyclical nature as a strength instead of a weakness.
Emotional balance – simple practices for calming the mind and releasing tension.A sense of belonging – connecting with other women in a supportive, empowering group.
This is your invitation to learn, rediscover your inner wisdom, and bring it into your daily life through practical practices.
