PILATES SOCIETY is your Friday evening reset. 45 minutes of sculpt-style mat Pilates at Fitbox Hove, followed by the option to head for drinks with the group.

Expect a fun full-body workout, good music, a little burn and a small group atmosphere where you can come exactly as you are.

No intimidating fitness energy. No need to be a Pilates pro. Come solo, bring your bestie or come straight from work!
