No intimidating fitness energy, no need to be a Pilates pro, and whether you come solo or bring your bestie, you’ll fit right in. WHAT TO EXPECT 🪩 45-minute sculpt-style Pilates 🪩 Thursday evening class — 8pm 🪩 Good music & feel-good energy 🪩 Full-body workout + a good burn 🪩 Only 8 spaces for a small-group feel 🪩 All levels welcome 🪩 Please bring your own Pilates/yoga mat if you have one 🪩 Free Free Soul Hydrate electrolytes Come straight from work, bring your bestie or turn up solo, this is your midweek reset. AFTER CLASS 🍸 And because 8pm Pilates deserves a little something afterwards… If you fancy carrying on the evening, we’ll be heading for drinks nearby after class.
