Start your Sunday off the right way, come join us for a bit of tai chi overlooking the sea. A few minutes of gentle stretching followed by sections of the Yeung Family form (Yang Style). No experience necessary. When the sun is out and the skies are blue, "sublime" is the word that comes to mind. Even the grey days don't seem so grey as we help you make your own sun! The session is led by Kevin Bryant, a 24-year practitioner of Yeung Family Tai Chi. He has studied with some of the modern greats of Yeung Family Tai Chi and he is a long time teacher in Surrey where he has taught hundreds of students. He moved to Hove in 2013 and has begun to build a presence in the Brighton area. This session is no longer a taster session but a regular class. Class fees will be £10 per class.
