You are warmly invited to bring your cosy quilt/blanket, pillow and thick mat and prepare to be taken on a deeply restful, restorative journey with Sound and guided meditation.

After setting up your space, you will be guided into relaxation with words, then held in high vibrational sounds which will work energetically to retune every aspect of your being to bring about deep replenishment and high dimensional activation. Annette will cocoon you with Gongs, Bowls, Voice medicine, Chimes and more.

Please arrive 10/15 minutes before the start time to set up as door will be locked promptly at the start time to allow for deep rest.

Please note that this event is not suitable during the first timestre of pregnancy.
