Free Monthly Support Sessions to help support your anxious or neurodivergent child; wherever you are on your diagnosis journey
Are you supporting a child aged 10 or over who is experiencing anxiety, stress, difficulties with school attendance, or ongoing worries?
They may be neurodivergent or currently on a diagnostic pathway.
We’d love to welcome you to our FREE Parent and Carer Support Sessions in the heart of Cardiff.
You’re not alone. This therapist-supported space is here to help you connect with others who truly understand.
Location: Community Meeting Room, 43 Charles Street, Cardiff
When: Friday 2nd October, 10:00–12:00
What to expect:
A warm, safe space to share experiences and feel heard
Compassionate support from a qualified therapist
The chance to meet like-minded parents and carers
And, of course, tea, coffee, and delicious biscuits
We are next door to Bomber's Sandwiches. Please ring the main doorbell, and we will come out to greet you.
