When the sun goes down, anything can happen. From jazz clubs and dance halls to underground parties and legendary nights out, nightlife has always been where culture, creativity and rebellion collide. Join party historian Imogen Willetts for a riotous journey through history’s greatest after-dark moments, from 17th-century Japan to the bright lights of Las Vegas, via the birth of jazz, techno and everything in between. With live performances, and a cast of brilliant cabaret acts, this is a celebration of the people, places and sounds that have kept us up long into the night. Ticket includes a drink. There will be a book signing after this event .
