What's happening:

7:00 – 7:10 Arrival, welcome, settle onto mats

7:10 – 7:20 Grounding — a few slow breaths, brief intention for the evening

7:20 – 8:00 Yin Yoga (40 min) — long, held postures, candlelit

8:00 – 8:05 Gentle transition — roll up mats, move into social space

8:05 – 8:30 Fizz & nibbles — mingling, light bites, prosecco/non-alcoholic

Yin & Fizz — An Evening to Unwind

Slow down, soften, and raise a glass. Join us for an evening of long, held yin postures to release the week — followed by light nibbles and fizz (alcoholic and non-alcoholic both on offer) as the candles come on. A small, easy evening for six, built around stillness first, and a little celebration after.
