Join us for this unique collaboration between Susy (@slowwithsusy) and Lauren (@theplanetbody) where we'll immerse ourselves in the harmonious and romantic world of Libra, through a beautiful blend of embodied yin yoga, crystalline sound bathing, and an astrology.

No previous experience of yoga, sound bathing or astrology needed! This is a cocooon in which to nurture your body, mind and possibly your star-gazing curiosity?

Embodied Yin Yoga where we'll sense into balance in the body

Sound bathing in the dreamy vibrations of Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls

An astrological exploration of what Libra season means for us all and where it is in your personal birth chart, with a chance to ask any questions you may.
