Event: Reset & Rebalance - A Mindful Movement and Sound Bath Journey Session

Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at our Reset & Rebalance Movement and Sound session! This involves an hour of mindful movements which involve Somatics Yoga, Qi Gong and Freeform accessable Tai Chi as well as a guided meditation and breath work. Then the second half involes the soaking up of sound vibrations from an array of sound instruments and styles. Expect Singing Bowls, Gong, Chimes, Handpan and more. Overall the sessions will help you to settle, rebalance the nervous system, clear and cultivate energies, whilst also calming the mind and deeply relaxing the body in order to reset and rebalance for the start of a new week ahead.
