Following on from our last sold-out gathering, where many people experienced a beautiful sense of release and letting go, I felt very strongly that this next gathering should be about what comes afterwards — nurturing ourselves and giving back to ourselves.
So much of our lives can be spent giving — our time, our love, our energy and our care — often leaving very little for ourselves.
As we approach the **Autumn Equinox, a natural point of balance and transition, this feels like the perfect time to turn some of that energy gently back towards ourselves.

Join me for a deeply nurturing Sound & Energy Healing morning, held within the beautiful Tipi at The Lost Barn, Tilston.
Set within peaceful natural surroundings, with a tranquil pond beside the Tipi, this is a space that invites you to slow down from the moment you arrive. The circular form of the Tipi creates a naturally held and grounding environment, allowing the sound and vibrations of the gong and other healing instruments to surround and move through you.
During our time together, you will be gently guided into a state of deep rest through **sound, energy and awareness, creating space for the body to soften, the mind to quieten and for you simply to receive.
This gathering isn't about striving, achieving or needing to let go of anything.
It's about giving back to you.
A morning to wrap yourself in self-love, restore your energy and remember that receiving is just as important as giving.
Afterwards, you are welcome to take your time — sit beside the pond, enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, or stay for a drink or lunch at The Lost Barn.
