Join us for a blissful relaxation and sound journey experience, designed to guide you into deep meditation and calm. Using a powerful combination of gongs and other sound instruments, this session helps release stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall wellness.

What to bring:

Blanket / Sleeping bag

Yoga mat (or anything that helps you feel comfortable)

No experience required

All ages welcome (under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult)

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing

Important notes:

Not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, or with epilepsy

No refunds, but if you can’t attend please let us know 24 hours in advance and we’ll transfer your booking to the next session
