Family Constellations is a way of exploring an issue, relationship, or pattern that is difficult to understand or shift.

Sometimes the exploration focuses on your family system—the relationships, roles, loyalties, experiences and patterns that may have shaped you, including influences that are not immediately visible.

At other times, the focus may be more internal: exploring different parts of yourself, such as the inner child, conflicting needs, emotions, beliefs or different aspects of your inner world.

Through a guided process, these different elements can be brought into view and experienced from a new perspective. What has felt confusing, stuck or difficult to see from within may begin to become clearer.

The intention is not to tell you what your experience means, but to create a space where you can explore it with curiosity and discover what may want to shift.

You don't need to know exactly what is behind your difficulty before you arrive. You can simply bring a situation, relationship, question or recurring pattern that you would like to understand more deeply.

Sometimes we understand our story very well and still find ourselves repeating it.

We may know where a pattern began, yet something in us continues to respond in the same way.

*Perhaps you keep choosing relationships that leave you feeling unseen.

*Perhaps you struggle to say no without guilt.

*Perhaps conflict with a parent or sibling continues to affect you long after the original events.

*Perhaps you feel responsible for everyone around you.

*Perhaps you are successful on the outside but somehow unable to move forward in an area of your life.

*Perhaps you simply have the feeling that you're living with a weight you can't quite explain.
