Half‑day workshop followed by a six‑week online course.

This workshop brings together Buddhist contemplative practice with coaching and positive psychology to support a return to your most authentic self — the qualities that energise you, the inner resources you already carry, and the simple practices that can transform how you meet each day. Through a blend of teaching, reflection, and meditation, you’ll explore what helps you feel grounded, clear, and connected.

The in‑person session will be held seated on yoga mats to create a relaxed, embodied learning environment. Mats will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

The workshop is co‑led by Derek Corr and Consiglia Sorge.

Derek has been a Buddhist practitioner for nearly three decades and is a familiar presence at Dzogchen Beara, where he regularly teaches meditation retreats. His work centres on creating a gentle, grounded space for people to feel heard and reconnect with themselves.

Consiglia is a leadership and identity coach, drawing on mental fitness, positive psychology, mental fiteness, and inner‑work approaches to support reflection, clarity, and personal growth. She is an accredited EMCC coach.
