Attachment, Behaviour Strategy & De-escalation FrameworkUnderstanding behaviour, strengthening relationships and responding safely and effectively to escalation.

Join us for a full-day practical training session exploring attachment, behaviour and de-escalation within Alternative Provision and other education settings supporting children and young people with additional and complex needs.

Behaviour is a form of communication. To respond effectively, practitioners need to look beyond the behaviour being presented and consider the experiences, needs, relationships and triggers that may be influencing it.
