Unwind, stretch, and reconnect with your family in a warm, welcoming environment. Following our sold-out launch, we are so excited to bring you a cozy, Halloween-themed Family Yoga session focused on mindfulness, gentle movement, and joyful connection!

Whether you’re looking to slow down together or just enjoy some quality time, this 1-hour session is designed for parents and children to move, laugh, and relax together.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:

A yoga mat per person

Anything that helps you and your little ones feel extra cozy for our final relaxation! Feel free to bring blankets to wrap up in, pillows, fluffy socks, or warm layers to snuggle into at the end.

🎃 Costumes & Halloween Fun:

Halloween costumes are very welcome! Just make sure it’s something comfortable that you and your child can move and stretch in easily. 👻
