Chill out with some deep meditation, tasty cacao, Rahanni healing vibes, and tarot insights for the soul.

Step into a warm, welcoming space by the sea for an evening of grounding, heart-opening connection.

We begin at 7pm with a cup of delicious ceremonial cacao, then I’ll guide you through a seated meditation designed to help you soften, find inner connection, and return to yourself. At the end of the meditation, I’ll offer a gentle Rahanni healing to the group (I remain seated and there is no physical touch). We’ll then close with tarot and oracle cards for supportive insight and reflection.

This circle is open to all levels, whether you’re brand new to meditation or already have a practice. Everyone is welcome!

Cacao preparation and important notes

Cacao is a gentle plant medicine and can have a mild diuretic effect. To support your experience:

It's best to avoid eating for 2 to 3 hours beforehand (cacao is absorbed more easily)

Please avoid caffeine for 4 hours before circle

Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant or taking MAOI antidepressants, as you may prefer a smaller quantity of cacao

Cacao will also be available for sale on the night.

This is a small, intimate circle with a maximum of 6 people. To honour the energy of the group and protect the experience for everyone, the session will go ahead once we have enough bookings to hold the space comfortably. In the unlikely event we don’t reach that, I’ll be in touch ahead of time and you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future circle.

To respect everyone’s time, please arrive before 7pm so we can begin together.

Free parking is available. Spaces at the location are limited, but there is additional parking nearby. Full details will be shared upon booking.
