These weekly yoga flow classes are a great way to relax, unwind and breathe easy.

Each week we begin with a gentle breathing practise (pranayama) to help calm, centre and relax your mind and body, allowing you to fully arrive into the space and leave the outside world behind.

We will then move into a series of streches and poses (asanas). We will move slowly between postures to allow time to get into the correct alignment and to stengthen the body as we hold. In this way we connect to our body and our breathe and the thoughts begin to fade away.

We finish the class in our final resting pose - Shavasana. Here I will guide a gentle meditation to allow you to completely relax and rest before heading back into the world.

These classes are mixed levels, however no previous experience is necessary. Beginners will be given clear instruction and assistance where necessary to move into the poses.
